When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and delivered to your desired location. The delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. You will receive an email after placing your order with more information about the delivery.
Weekdays: Monday to Friday, we offer delivery in 1 to 4 days. It depends on your address, but we ship via the fastest courier: DHL, FedEx, or express package.
Weekends: We only deliver on Saturdays, and we do not deliver on Sundays.
International: Send us a message and we will give you a quote to your location.
Are you interested in a balloon model that is currently unavailable or out of stock?
Don't hesitate to contact us. With us, you have access to the full range of models offered by Anagram and Kaleidoscope. As long as the factory has them, we can provide them to you. We want you to be able to acquire exactly what you want, not just what we have in stock.
How often do they update the models?

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We are committed to delivering your items in perfect condition. Please contact us to initiate the warranty process. Once the factory confirms that it is a defect on their part, we will proceed with the item exchange.
Do you handle wholesale?
The minimum order for wholesale purchases is 30,000 pesos .
For wholesale purchases, please send us a WhatsApp message to receive our catalog with minimum purchase requirements and take advantage of our excellent prices per piece.

Tenemos una bodega en Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico y otra en San Diego, California Estados Unidos. Desde esas bodegas se envian por paqueteria que le llegue mas rapido al cliente.
¿Puedo recoger en su bodega?
Claro que si! Solo envianos mensaje y agendamos para que pases a recoger tu pedido en la bodega.
